Download install TouchWiz 5 on the Nexus 7

Most Android devices are made unique because of manufacturers’ user interface customizations and skins specifically designed for their respective handsets. Samsung, for instance, has TouchWiz.  While most users of third-party custom ROMs flash such custom software to avoid manufacturer skins such as TouchWiz, the CodenameSammy instead brings TouchWiz 5 to the Google Nexus 7, which, by default, runs Google’s version of pure Android.
XDA Developers member smalldookie created the CodenameSammy ROM for the Nexus 7 based on the Codename Android 3.6 ROM. Check out this video from one of the XDA members who was able to flash this ROM on the Nexus 7:

This guide shows you how to install TouchWiz 5 on the Nexus 7.
