How To Access Linux Partition In Windows


If you are using your computer as a Dual boot system running Linux andWindows simultaneously then you may have experienced about this problem. If Linux is Installed on Secondary partition then you might experienced the Windows partition in that but this is not a case for windows. If we try to look a Linux partition from Windows then it won’t show you. The very basic reason behind this is that Windows Operating System works only on their Specialized file System where is in case of Linux they have modular File system that adapt any environment. Apart from the development talk let’s come to our point that how to access those partition in windows Operating system.
Many times we might need to access files stored in Linux partitions and we realize that we can’t access them from Windows. In this situation we have to reboot our system in Linux to access those files. it would be nice if we can access them from Windows. Here is some Tools which enable you to do this.

Ext2Read:

Ext2Read is an explorer like utility to explore ext2/ext3/ext4 files. It now supports LVM2 and EXT4 extents. It can be used to view and copy files and folders. It can recursively copy entire folders. It can also be used to view and copy disk and file.
